Do you get angry very quickly and do something that you later regret?

Anger is a primitive reaction to events that has been used throughout the survival of our species - it is an extremely natural way to respond to anxiety and events in one’s life. However, if we cannot control our anger we can soon do things that we later regret.

Hypnotherapy has been shown to be very effective in giving us intellectual control, allowing us to choose the most appropriate response in each situation, rather than quickly and automatically turning to anger as the only option.
