Resolve Phobias

Have you suffered from a debilitating phobia for too long?

Do you change your life to work around your phobia?

Are you ready to rule your phobia, rather than let it rule over you and your life?

Hypnotherapy has been shown to be very effective in resolving people’s phobias, allowing them to take back control of their lives.

Phobias are created and a negative template is created within our subconscious mind.

At Whitaker Hypnotherapy, we use trance to resolve the phobia, using techniques to allow people to disassociate with it, making it much easier to deal with in the future.

Phobias come in all shapes and sizes. Some can seem strange to others but to the person suffering they are very real. We can’t let embarrassment of our phobia stop us from getting help.

Some common phobias that we see include:

  • Needles

  • Heights

  • Flying

  • Snakes

  • Spiders

  • Insects

  • Dogs

There are so many other phobias that it would be impossible to write them all down here. If you are unsure whether we can help, please book a free initial consultation and we will happily discuss your exact condition.

George is amazing. I have always lived with a deep set phobia which controlled so much of my life. After having a child I decided I needed help to overcome it, I was sceptical. I was never able to even say the word without having physical affects but today, after 3 sessions with George I touched my phobia.
Can’t thank him enough.

George made me feel at ease and I've really enjoyed our hypnotherapy sessions together. I've seen some improvement so far in one of the phobias I'm seeing him for and I've had no adverse affects. Still one more session to go for the other phobia.

I consulted Whitaker Hypnotherapy to sort out my claustrophobia. After a couple of sessions George helped me to develop some effective coping strategies to deal with my anxieties. Thanks.
